A new look for MysteryTwister ¶

As many of you might have noticed, our website has become very slow over the last months. These slowdowns were mainly caused by the aging code-base of our site that became harder to maintain every day and made it difficult to fix some unfortunate design decisions in the past. We want to apologize for any inconveniences this has caused for you, our users.
A new look for MysteryTwister
We are proud to finally announce the launch of the updated MysteryTwister! As of October 31, 2021 MysteryTwister has a new look. The updated website has been rewritten from scratch with performance and long-term maintainability in mind. Over the last two years we worked hard to make the new site more fun and easier to use.
One of the biggest visible changes is the layout that works on a variety of devices and screen-sizes — from your desktop computer to your mobile phone. The updated interface also makes submitting your challenge solution easier; another big point of criticism of the old website.
Big thanks to you, our loyal users and testers that gave us valuable feedback in the last stages of development, and to all our users for sticking with us through the last months.
A look into the future
You might find, that not all the features of our old website have made it over to the new MysteryTwister yet. However, all core functionality has been tested and should be there. We decided not to make you wait any longer on the long overdue refresh and bring you the update today. The missing functionality will be added piece by piece over the next days and weeks. Importing your old private messages and configurable notifications via e-mail will make the start.
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy this new version. Let us know, what you think!
Your MysteryTwister team
PS: We have tested the update multiple times and are confident, that everything should work as expected. However, if you find something that slipped through our tests or does not work as expected, please do not hesitate to reach out to us — either here in the forum, via our contact form, or via mail at email@example.com. We will do our best to fix any bugs in a timely manner.
