I solved this challenge (and the letter I submitted was correct) but I was not able to determine the precise setting of the enigma. I only found the letter that gave me the longest ciphertext which was same as part of ciphertext in the challenge.
So either I have made a mistake or this challenge has no solution.
It is likely that my algorithm could have some minute error and that is why this happened.
I would like if somebody, who has already solved this challenge and thinks that she/he has the correct setting, could send me the precise settings of enigma in PM to me. Thanks!

Finally I found the error in my algorithm. There were some problems with stepping of two rotors.
