das format für die lösung scheint mir hier falsch zu sein bzw. es widerspricht sich. den klartext um x nach rechts zu shiften ist nicht korrekt … hier muss die chiffre um x geshiftet werden. danke an george für den hinweis auf den kleinen schnitzer … [HTML_REMOVED]

Sorry I do not understand your problem. What do you mean by "Shifting the plaintext by x to the right is not correct … here the cipher has to be shifted by x."? I see no incorrectness in the description of shifting process in PDF.

well … i thought it over and you may interpret it in two ways. what confuses me (and probably others as well) was this part: (Clear text with the numbers of shifts to the right separated by a comma … ). understood it in the way, that you have to take the clear text and shift the letters to the right, which is contrary to " To decode this cipher we have to move the letters … by 49, 51, 48
positions to the right". but anyway there is a 50 % chance to do it right [HTML_REMOVED] … i've chosen the wrong 50 % … [HTML_REMOVED]

can i please get a hint of how many sentences are there?
