Hi,

Is there a set way to start analysing an encrypted text? For instance, first: frequency analysis, second: 'the next thing', etc.?

For this exercise we were given part of original plaintext but how would I go about solving this using CypTool2 if we only had the encrypted text?

Regards, Phloryn.

Edit: Also, how could I recreate this encryption in CrypTool2 starting from the orginal plaintext?
