For those who come after us: From the challenge description, it is clear that the plaintext ends on a word boundary. You might think that you could save some time by assuming that it also begins on a word boundary. You would be mistaken.

Congrats on solving the challenge, madness! And you are right, you can't assume that the plaintext starts on a word boundary.
