I would like to know where the lowercase letters in the ciphertext came from? If I remember correctly in the first part the ciphertext (and also plaintext) contained only uppercase letters.
Was this ciphertext created with the same python code as before in part one?

Thank you for your question. Obviously this ciphertext was not created with the python program, but the program is able to decrypt it, because Hilly is not case sensitive. According to the description and the program we are going to change the ciphertext file to uppercase letters.
