This is part two of the two polyphonic cipher challenges, where again two or more plaintext letters correspond to one cipher symbol. Can you solve such a cipher?

Hi.

In the description of the cipher, you said that you were
interested in knowing if a hill-climbing technique could
be used. Yes, I used one for part 2. I cannot read the
full plaintext (yet), but there was enough to recover
the entire key. I wrote it in python, so it is slow and
had to run overnight.
